Travis is a successful real estate investor and tech entrepreneur. He has built a $30M+ portfolio of single-family homes across 14 states, managed properties long-term and short-term, and founded a tech company with $150M in revenue and 100+ employees. His skills include deal analysis, financial modeling, financing, capital efficiency structuring, property acquisitions and construction management.
He started investing in real estate in 2016 by slowly buying a few homes, completing whole house remodels (doing a lot of the work himself) before refinancing and renting out long term. It wasn’t until 2019 when he really hit his stride after getting connected with sober living housing. He was able to buy and stabilize the first 10 sober living properties in 6 months, which became the case study for a real estate fund he launched in 2020. His portfolio now includes over 60 sober living homes across the country.
