Ethan has had a passion for the tax field even before he received his degree in accounting from San Diego State University in 2002. He has been in the accounting profession since 2001 and has had the opportunity to work with all types of businesses, from small, one-man, sole proprietors, to preparing returns for complex clients, such as Sempra while being employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers. However, for the last 12 years his focus has been on small to medium sized businesses and making those companies as tax efficient as possible.
In addition, Ethan has received the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This designation is earned by members who have demonstrated vast experience, have met educational requirements, and who have successfully passed written examinations indicating expertise in the field of Business Valuation.
In November of 2016 he began his career here at Class Advisors and has found a permanent home.
Ethan is a native San Diegan who is married and the proud father of two beautiful daughters.
